Tatton Gardens Development Update

Dear Parents

As you will be aware works have commenced to deliver a new facility that

will incorporate a purpose-built nursery, it is anticipated that the new nursery will

be completed in Spring 2022.

You will have already noticed that as part of the construction works it has been necessary to close off the Tatton Community Centre car park. All parents are now being asked to use the recreation ground entrances to access the community centre, and for any drop offs by car to be undertaken from Worthy Street. 

The arrows on the marked-up plan below shows the available walking routes.

To allow construction of the new nursery we will be required to move out of the community centre into temporary facilities. The contractor will be providing a temporary unit on the recreation ground close to Worthy Street which we will use until the new facilities are ready. We are aiming to move over to the temporary unit during the February half term holiday, to minimise disruption to parents and children as much as possible.  We will provide further details on the temporary facilities in due course.
